[SMCARA] Tail Gate Fest coordinator

I am very pleased to announce Chris Ordiway KC3DIG has graciously
volunteered to take the
lead and coordinate this year's tail gate fest.  

The tail gate fest (and events like it) are not possible without someone to
coordinate the
event and run things to ground.  

Chris won't be able to run the event on his own, it will require assistance
from all of us.

The tail gate fest will be one of our major topics at this month's club
meeting.
