[SMCARA] Tail Gate fest - equipment auction

The venue was secured immediately after last year's tailgate fest. The
date that we reserved is October 24, 2015 at the Bingo Hall at the
Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department.

I was told they would send me a receipt when the signed contract was
received but as of the last email on 12/15/2014 I have not yet received
that receipt. I have just emailed hvfdhallrental at gmail.com again to
ensure we indeed have the Bingo Hall for the 24th of October 2015.
