Hello All -  Being a newbe, I have some reluctance to "sharing" my recent discoveries as they often are shown to be a sharing my own ignorance.    I heard the term "boat anchor" at the Thursday evening meeting and although I was sure at the time that it was a nickname for older, metal cased radios, I decided to surf it and found a website that had a lot of esoteric information.  So, here it is, for what it is worth.
