[SMCARA] Nepal

Correct frequency is 14 205 for emergency & 14.215 for volunteers.  Was listening for several hours. They are asking for donations for HTs. They think they have enough bigger equipment going in. They were putting together a list of needs when I shut down.  Will get more info tomorrow.
