[SMCARA] Bylaw Changes to be tabled

All,

Based on feedback from several club members and because the full
executive committee not being able to be present this evening. I am not
going to have the proposed changes to the bylaws presented at tonight's
meeting. We will have our standard greetings, reports, introduction of
new business from the club members and then hand the remainder of the
time over to the speaker. 

We have become compliant to the FCC's rules by me being the trustee for
the K3HKI call and Tom Clarke being the Trustee for K3NHK thus there is
no rush to update the bylaws now but this does need to be done. 

I am also confident that there will be individuals who will stand to be
voted in for leadership positions and I believe that we can table the
modification for the President's term limits until at least after our
elections in July.
