[SMCARA] DIY O-scope

It would be interesting from a learning viewpoint and a fun thing to do but as a scope it has a very lowbandwidth and is not particularly sensitive. There are similar kits on ebay for about $30 and fully assembled DSO scopes for a bit over $100. A pretty decent DSO can be gotten for about $250. A search on Ebay for DSO Oscilloscopes shows bunches of them.
