[SMCARA] Day Of Service: September 20, 2014 - Communicator Needed

All,

Each year on September 20th citizens of the State of Maryland can choose to
participate in what is called a day of service. There are several events
around the area but one event in particular is asking for Amateur Radio
support.

September 20th starting 07:30 ending with a free lunch at 12:30pm.
Location: Serenity Farm, 6932 Serenity Farm Rd, Benedict, MD 20612

Task: Help the operators of the farm coordinate the services of the
expected 750+ volunteers.

Equipment: Handheld Transceiver

Mike (KB3ZWM) and I will be onsite tomorrow afternoon to meet with the
Farm's personnel so more details to follow.
