All,

 

I have been advised that it would be in our favor to reserve the Bingo Hall
ASAP for next year's event. Being we do not have any more meeting scheduled
for this year we are going to have to do this via email and the net tomorrow
evening. Are there any objections to paying the $300 deposit / rental fee to
lock in the date of October 24th 2015? I have the contract and would like to
have this completed by Wednesday. If there are no objections by Wednesday
then we will proceed.
