[SMCARA] Jamboree on the Air and a schedule conflict

All-
I need some help. In particular I need a volunteer to take my place. 
I arranged to fly out to San Diego to help take care of my sister and father
for a week.  That week just happens to fall over the same weekend as
Jamboree on the Air.  Ooops and durnit. 

My plan was:
- Borrow the Cub Scout Pack's dinner tent (the one we used last year) on
Friday, October the 17th.  
- Scope out a place to set up (either in the same nook that we were or up on
the knoll in the center of the activities circuit)
- Wait and see who shows up and is willing to help on Saturday morning. 
This plan seems very ad hoc... it is, but it also shows the scouts just all
the different types of people and the equipment they bring to the table. 

Is there anyone that is willing to step up and act as the coordinator for
the activity?  
If so, please give me a direct e-mail (cc'd in the line above). I have done
more planning then I let one, and I will share with you what needs to be
done as well as what I have done.  I will also put you in touch with Wade
Mayonado, the Camporee Director.
