I gave a presentation at the club about a year ago on this very subject.

Chris, to answer your question, I am a proponent of LOTW. I also send Paper cards when requested, when the DX is 'rare' or interesting.
I am not a fan of E QSL, but I do upload my logs there to support those who so like that service.

stand on QSL cards? Do you send paper cards or only do eQSL, both, neither?
One sided cards or two sided? Always send one or only by request? Send
direct or use a bureau? Send one for Echolink contacts? What's your success
rate for submitted to received? Etc., etc., etc...
