[SMCARA] Antenna Build Contest: Feedback Requested

All,

It has been suggested that we hold a 70cm antenna build contest. The
premise is to have individuals build 70cm antennas and then submit the
antenna for bench testing. We have an individual with the appropriate
test gear to allow us to analyze the antenna. The winner will be the one
who built the antenna with the most gain. There may be other categories
to give awards for. 

We would have to come up with awards for each category and some ground
rules. To me this sounds like a blast. I think we can integrate this
into the January Club meeting where we are looking to hold a Club "Show
and Tell". If you are interested in such a contest please reply and let
us know what you think.
