[SMCARA] RTTY On FTdx-3000

Not sure what is going on. But found a link on the HRD Page and tried to
send the link. Keep getting this for all messages now; "The message's
content type was not explicitly allowed". Not sure what is happening or it
hates links...But was concerning auto-reverse in RTTY and more specifically
using USB for RTTY.
