[SMCARA] Digital Setup On FTdx-3000

I guess I will be picking Boz's brain and find out more about my radio and
a baseline for a setup. Did get a PSK31 contact in Puerto Rico playing
around with settings. But not quite sure its correct. Thanks Much and Have
