[SMCARA] FTdx-3000 Question

I have had my 3000 do the same thing a couple of times.
I still do not know what I did to make it happen, and I am not sure anymore how I got it to stop. 

I just pushed buttons until it stopped flashing and started working again.

flashing TX Light. Have reflashed both Main and DSP and still the same..
