[SMCARA] W3LPL Open House - June 21st

Frank Donovan, W3LPL, is holding his annual open house - beginning at noon
on June 21st (always the weekend before Field Day).  Please note that this
is an open house and all are welcome.

 

W3LPL is a MEGA station located in Glenwood, MD.  Frank is constantly
upgrading his station, but you can see what it looked like a few years ago

You are invited to join Tammy and I as we make the trip to visit Frank and
his station - this is not just a PVRC event - everyone is welcome and if
there is an antenna Mecca on the east coast, W3LPL is it - like Mecca, a
trip at least once in your life should be mandatory for every ham.   (Hmmmm,
wonder if I'll get in trouble for using "Mecca" and "Ham" in the same
message)
