[SMCARA] "Up on Poppy Hill"

My the family watched "Up on Poppy Hill" this evening.  Great movie set in
1963 Yokohama.  

For my amateur radio friends, there is a sign where the heroine goes to the
The Latin Quarter, the boys dormitory/club house.  We see a quick scene of
the Radio Club making a DX contact.  The club's call sign sounds like
ON4FNKK.  A JA 2X4 using  call?
I figure it is a made up call sign for the movie, but that call seems a
little strange....
