[SMCARA] Dan news?

All,

I am home. They did blood work and my white cell count is to high. I am
rescheduled for the last week in March. At least I know now what is wrong
it appears my L4/L5 is herniated and disc material is laying all over the
nerve. I am feeling better from the stomach illness and will be helping
with the race on Sunday. See you all there.
