[SMCARA] Field Day Setup

Oops!  The plated connectors will resist solder, but the silver ones work fine.  They also cost more!

If you still wish to solder to the plated connectors, just use a file to remove the plating and expose the brass which will take solder.

There are all sorts of kludgy ways we hams can get around seeming obstacles!

Solder won't adhere to the connector.  I recommend the hardware.
