[SMCARA] Fwd: Field day antennas

We hope to have some CAP cadets there by 0900.
They survived three days last week supporting the small UAV competition at 
Webster Field and one hectic communications day at Cove Point last Saturday.
Their enthusiasm may still be going.

We will also be setting up a CAP and a CGAUX radio field station.
