[SMCARA] Signup lists (control operators/safety observers)

Morning.  my life is a tornado right now so I'll make this short and
sweet.  This email is for official control operators.  If you Volunteer,
you must be an extra class and one of us must be on site at all time.  Also
we need to walk about and be ready to offer operating training/assistance
to our non-ham visitors as well as those who just want a bit more operating
experience in HF ops.

Daytime (till 6pm)

Mid (00-04)

Safety observer(s)

Technically every licensed club member is a safety observer.  Please do not
hesitate to speak up and stop any unsafe or potentially unsafe operation
you witness during field day.  And remember, if you think what you are
going to do is unsafe, it is unsafe!  Also, I suggest that all the control
ops walk around and just keep your eyes open especially during genset
startups/re-fueling operations (we do have a ABC extinguisher...right?  If
not I will bring one), and especially WX events!  First rumble/grumble of
thunder or lighting flash, we shut down!

Gene Talley N3NO is the VFD representative and you MUST check/clear with
him anything that would affect the property (like driving pins etc.) or
requests to use/modify the tower.  NO ONE climbs the tower without his
authorization.
