[SMCARA] Auxiliary Communications Field Operations Guide

Good Afternoon All,

Dave (WA3GIN) is getting ready to place an order to the Auxiliary
Communications Field Operations Guide issued by Homeland Security and has
offered to be the point of contact for the area clubs. Copies are $20.
Funds will be collected through the club and we will cut Dave a check from
the club account as this is how he requested it to be handled.

If you are interested in a copy please let me know ASAP Dave would like a
total count by August 1st.
