[SMCARA] ISS Pass high in the sky (82.05 degrees off horizon)

It was mentioned today at the museum that it would be nice to make a
contact with the ISS so here is a really good pass that is coming up in the

remember to compensate for the Dopler shift by starting 10khz to 15khz up
