Easy!  
The IC-746 ACC-1 connector (8 pin DIN female) has the Audio IN (Pin 4 MOD ), Audio OUT (Pin 5AF OUT), PTT( Pin 3 HSEND)  and  ground Pin 2 (GND).  It also has 13.8VDC, but with the SLUSB, that is not needed. 
SLUSB radio  connection is via an RJ-45 8 pin connector. See attached for jumper and pin selection.

I will check to see if I still have my cable at home.
