W1AW/3 was activated by the PVRC from 8:00PM on Tuesday June 24th until
7:59PM on Tuesday July 1st.  Here are the final numbers.  It was a fantastic
opportunity - I did the first 2 hours (8-10 on June 24th, 40M RTTY) and also
80M Phone during field day.  There's another opportunity coming up in
December - If you'd like to work W1AW/3 then, let me know and I'll get your
info to Frank (W2LPL) so he can get you on his list.  All Bands and Modes
will be worked.

This truly was a once in a lifetime experience, sixty thousand QSOs were
worked by thirty stations and many more operators in Maryland from June 24
through July 1. 

But wait, please mark your calendar because we will repeat this experience
from December 17-23! Because everyone can work
W1AW/3 again in December for full centennial awards credit the pileups will
be just as big.
