[SMCARA] Repeater ordered to be Turned Off by the FCC

All,

In our attempt to consolidate trustees of club call signs (K3NHK and
K3HKI) we missed the FCC rule that states that only one club call per
licensed operator as a result we have received a letter from the FCC to
stop operations on our repeater until we get the error corrected. 

To comply with this order I have asked Tom (W4OKW) to shut down the
repeater until we get the paperwork error resolved. I apologize for any
inconvenience this causes we will work to have this resolved quickly so
that repeater operations can return to normal ASAP.
