Cal,
Thanks for getting back to me. My thoughts were that I am going to try
and drive the sdr board with a raspberry pi. I have the wolfson audio
card
(http://www.element14.com/community/community/raspberry-pi/raspberry-pi-accessories/wolfson_pi)
which I think would be capable to handle the processing required. There
is also code available to switch the signal processing to the GPU which
increases the performance by about 10 times.
I am going to work the power circuitry this evening while I await the
solder paste to get here. I found a technique I want to try for the
surface mount chip as found here:
