[SMCARA] Proposed Buget

For those who did not attend the meeting last night the Executive Board
presented a proposed budget based on current membership levels which just
reached over 107 current members. If you would like to receive a copy of
this budget proposal please let me know by sending an email to me at

and I will get you a copy. 

 

Being we do not have a membership only section on the website yet we will
not be posting this document on the site. There is a $100 per year line item
on the budget for website expenses which we would like to use to pay for the
Secure Socket Layer Certificate (SSL) so that we can create a secure members
only area for the website. I personally have been taking care of the other
maintenance charges for the site and domain and am happy to do so as a way
to contribute more to the club. 

 

If you have received a copy of the proposed budget and have feedback please

There is one item on the budget that is a typo and that falls under bank
fees. It should read $36/year and that is being rectified at the moment
because the bank can't even tell us why we are being charged. The bank is
researching it and have already started to reimburse us for charges.
