[SMCARA] PSK-31 Signal

morning everyone,

I can agree with Tom 99%  You will find the AKR club guys trying to push
1.5kw on psk31 (on a beam no less) will without a doubt make a big red mess
out of the waterfall for the the entire area (They probably think they are
still on RTTY or 11m...lol).  It dosnt take much power to effectively
operate PSK modes which is the glory of PSK.  (and here is the disconnect
with Tom) you rarely if ever need more that 10w (maybe 20w) to effectively
do PSK.  Remember, if you wanna run a full bucket on PSK, you should
consider going back to RTTY.
