[SMCARA] Tailgate Fest Setup Committee

Those who volunteered to help plan out the Tailgate Fest I would like to
get together after the S.E.T (simulated emergency test) dress rehearsal on
the 21st between 1 and 2pm (will now more as date gets closer) and meet up
at the firehouse to draw out how we are going to organize parking, vendors,
caterer and tailgaters.

Please let me know if this is a good day to meet up if it is not then I can
be flexible and reschedule.
