Some thoughts for items we might need. Being that we are not able to have
the caterer offer breakfast (He could have but now it is to late) it was
mentioned after our meeting last night that we might supply several dozen
doughnuts for those who are showing up early to help setup and prepare for
opening to the public which I think is a great idea especially being I will
be one of those early risers.

Eric is looking at bringing the coffee and I will be bringing my Mountain
Dew of course.

Also being that the high temps for tomorrow are 53 but starting in mid to
high 30s, I think it appropriate that we find a heater for the information
booth which will be placed next to the side door where we usually have the
grill for field day. If anyone has a solution please let me know.
