With a Solar Flare Index (SFI) of 128, all the HF bands (including 10 meters for our Techs) are wide open.  Wall to Wall signals calling CQ.

No lightening crashes and enough rain to keep you inside (at the shack) and not enough rain or wind to cause precipitation static, so not only are the bands open, but the noise is almost non-existent.  I don’t think I’ve heard the bands like this since the peak of the last solar cycle.  If you can, take advantage...

I’ve heard some different modes on the air as well – including Contestia.
