[SMCARA] FEMA ICS-213 Message Traffic Practice

Good Afternoon All,

Grant (W4GMF) and I have come up with a drill of sorts to get a FEMA
ICS-213 message originating from the Suitland Area Radio Net held each
Sunday evening at 8pm on the 146.895|147.195|145.350 repeater network
through the SMCARA net held each Tuesday Night at 8:30pm on the 146.640
repeater and delivered to the Elmer Net held each Wednesday evening at
7:30pm on the 146.895|147.195|145.350 repeater network.

The message will originate from Myself (KB3UUN) and will be addressed to
Grant (W4GMF). Now just because Grant and I may be attending the several
nets we want the message to be make it all the way to the Elmer Net on
Wednesday. If anyone is interested in taking point in getting the message
from one leg to another please respond to this message. I would like to see
a different operator take point for each leg. This should be fun and hope
to hear you on the air for the several nets.
