[SMCARA] October's Meeting

It is time to reboot. Take three

Now that Field Day is done and many thanks goes to all those who helped
make it a success especially our Co-Field Day Coordinators Tom Clarke and
Pete Butt. Great Job all around!

I have already turned my attention to October and our annual Swap-Meet /
Mini Hamfest / Burger Burn. A couple individuals came up to me on Saturday
and made a few suggestions and I would like to open it up for discussion
via email and if time allows at our meeting Thursday evening at 7:30.

The suggestions were the following:

1) Change venue so we can have more room.

2) Invite the surrounding clubs including Charles county, Calvert County,
and the Westmooreland Folks.

3) Hold the Swap Meet on a Saturday afternoon so more can attend.
