Forrest, they think that their homes are safe.
I was part of this group while living there and am still on the mailing

Just experimenting with T.C. KD0KWW - he brought some equipment capable 
of streaming live video from the shelter site.
An interesting option for future exercise/incident sites with 
WiFi/Internet access.
