[SMCARA] Antenna Party

Well, the weather was great, we had a good crowd of helpers, the bucket
was there, what could go wrong?  It seems the buck was about 10 feet too
short to reach the top of the tower!

After a quick conference, it was decided in the interest of safety, not
to attempt any "MacGuyver" solutions to the issue. The issue is that
this is a relatively light weight, unguyed house bracketed tower and it
moves around quite a bit with a climber and antenna up on top.  During
the last effort it was estimated that the top was moving around about a
foot.

Pete is going to try to find another bucket truck appropriate to the
height we need and we will reschedule the beam installation.

The dipole is connected to the rig in the museum and will be fine for
the weekend contest operation.
