[SMCARA] Maryland QSO Party and Club Station Activation

August 11 and 12 is the annual MD QSO Party. In the past we as a club
activated the club station for as long as the museum has allowed to
participate in this contest.

myself am game as I will already be close by because of the General Upgrade
class.
