[SMCARA] Upcoming Tech Class

Hello SMCARA,

This is just a reminder that the first Technician Class of 2013 is starting
January 19th at the J.F. Taylor Conference Center from 9am to 12pm. The
classes will then continue to run every Saturday morning at the same time
through March 2nd. March 2nd is exam day.

Costs: $25 for the book (if you don't already have one) and $14 on March
2nd for the exam.

Thanks to the kindness of LDG Electronics all who pass their exam will
receive a free 2m Handheld radio.

I am limiting the class size to 15 seats and I still have 11 seats open so
please tell those who you know are interested to contact me at this email
address (kb3uun at gmail.com) or call me using my phone number below ASAP.
Time is short.

Also I would like to offer many thanks to those who have offered to help
with the instruction.

Please let me know if something has changed. If you would like to help
teach please let me know and we can discuss what topics are available and
what you are comfortable sharing.

Lastly because those that pass their test also receive a year of being an
Associate Member, Club member attendance is always welcome and encouraged.

I am working on a schedule as to what is being taught when and as soon as I
finish that I will forward it along so if there is something you are
interested in you can join in on the conversation.
