Please join us for our annual Christmas Party which is coming up quickly. This year we are holding our Christmas Party at the Church of the Ascension located at 21641 Great Mills Road, Lexington Park, MD 20653. 
The Party starts December 14th at 2pm.   

Dinner is going to be the traditional pot luck.
It is suggested that each family or member bring one main dish and one side dish.
Possible Main dish ideas:  Casseroles, chili, meatballs, stews, pastas, chicken, etc.
Possible Side ideas:  Deserts, fruit, vegetables, veggies & dip, bean salads, pasta salads, jell-o-salads & bread/rolls
Please be sure to note if your dish contains peanuts or nut products.
Drinks and utensils will be provided.
The Church works on a donation basis so please bring some cash to toss into the donation box to help say thank you for letting us use their facility.

Please let me know if you plan on attending along with the number of people and what you plan to bring so that we make sure everyone is accommodated.

We will also need help with setting up starting at 1:00 pm and closing up following the party.

We look forward to seeing you there and having a chance to share in fellowship with our Amateur Radio neighbors in Southern Maryland and Virginia.
