Patuxent River Naval Air Museum Boardroom 
Three Notch Road (235) and Peg Road at Gate 1 of the Patuxent River NAS 
22156 Three Notch Road, Lexington Park, MD 20653 


 
What to bring: 
Exam session fee $14  Cash& checks accepted
Bring copy of you Amateur Radio license (if any) Note: an extra copy of the your license 
(speeds up the examination session processing).. 
Filled out NVEC Form 605 dated day of examination, if you have it. (speeds up the examination session processing). I can provide an electronic 
copy of the form if needed. 
2 forms of ID-- i.e Drivers License, Passport, photo ID etc...
Certificate of Successful Completion (CSCE) from qualified VEC i.e.(ARRL, 
W5YI) 
etc... (if any) 
Other  Amateur radio element credit i.e. pre March 21, 1987 Technician License for General class element 3 credit (if any) 
pencil, scratch paper. 
Simple calculator. --I should have a few extra if needed.
