[SMCARA] Club Business Agenda before meetings

Have I mentioned how constructive the feedback has been over the last week
or so!

It has been mentioned that sometimes the club's business has a tendency to
run long and takes time away from the presenter. So I propose the following:

I propose that on the Monday before the monthly meeting a Club Business
Agenda shall be posted on the reflector for review. This agenda is not to
include the Treasurer's Report. Discussion shall occur via email to clarify
if a question(s) arise(s) and at the meeting when a vote is required then
we can then reference the agenda item number and take the vote.

This is again is to reduce the time required to get to the presenter at the
beginning of each meeting.  Please respond to this message with your
opinion.
