[SMCARA] Museum HF beam install now scheduled for 16 August

Folks,

  We were trying to get the HF beam re-installed on the tower at the Naval
Air Museum tomorrow but have been unable to schedule the bucket truck. 
Accordingly, I am planning for another attempt at putting the beam up
for Friday, 16 August at 9 AM.

  Further information will be given out once I firm up the bucket truck
availability.  Sorry for the delay.
