Folks,

  You may note some of our messages to the SMCARA E-mail reflector appear
to have gotten 'stuck' and don't get immediately posted.  What is
actually happening is that folks are posting from new e-mail addresses
that have never been registered and approved for use on the reflector. 
The result is that those postings get automatically 'dumped' into the
bit bucket. Obviously, the purpose of this is to help eliminate spam
bots from automatically posting junk to the reflector system.

  I noticed two recent e-mails (one from Steve Franc and other from Kim
Wells) that did not get posted because they were both posted from new
e-mail addresses that are not registered.  I have manually re-posted
them.

  If you are a new poster to the reflector or if you are using a different
e-mail address to post from, please take a minute to register that new
e-mail address.  Just go to the bottom of any previously posted e-mail
on the reflector and click on the appropriate link at the bottom.  I'll
immediately approve it and you will no longer have any problems posting
from that address.
