A fellow from CMM said:

"John Johnson. He's an older gentleman, ham, though I'm not sure if he is
still active, former WWII radioman and a member of our flotilla where he
stands watch at Cove Point when open. He comes out to all the special
events and teaches kids (and anyone interested) the art of knot tying and
good public relations!"
