[SMCARA] Net Control for SMCARA Tuesday night net

Anyone up for being net control this week for our Tuesday night net? I
don't mind doing it but I want to give someone else the chance to be net
control if they want to. Attached is the script (note the incorrect pl tone
for the repeater it should read 146.2 Hz).

Please let me know by 8pm tomorrow evening otherwise I will assume I am up
to bat.
