[SMCARA] Measuring Tape Antenna Build

I am trying to cost out the components required for us as a club to build a
measuring tape antenna as seen here: http://ccars.org/Projects/TapeYagi/

Please respond if you plan to be a part of this build. I am building a
couple of these today with the kids and will have one to show off at the
club meeting this week.
