[SMCARA] Weekend Event

This Saturday 20th April from 1200 to 1500 at the museum we will be
supporting another "Meet the Airplane" event.  This month we are
celebrating the F-4D "Ford", the oldest aircraft in our collection. Hank
Caruso will be there to discuss art and airplanes, there will be food
available, as well as other displays. We will have some folks who flew
or tested the "Ford" on hand to tell us their stories.

I have been operating K3NHK during the past few events and would like to
have some other folks join the party.  Pretty low, key, I just operated
the station, answered a few questions, and chatted up Ham Radio. So,
come on in and operate/chat a bit.

Pete, UMY: any chance that you can drop in and see if we can "kick
start" the video displays?  It is pretty dark back in the corner! If
nothing else, getting a gray line display going would help.

I would encourage everyone in the club to think about how we can
"rejuvenate" the display and step up to the plate to help us make it
fresh and interesting.
