Short summary: It's a mobile/base station capable of receiving FM Analog and
APCO 25 trunked systems.

It copies Saint Mary's (800 MHz Analog GE system) Calvert County (800 MHz
Analog Motorola system)
and Charles County (800 MHz APCO 25 Motorola system). I have also used to
monitor the 
Virginia State Police VHF APCO 25 system.  It's very diverse and will copy
just about any
system in existence today.  It holds ten sets of 1000 channels each.  

It works perfectly; this sale includes the radio, original wall wart power
supply, original Box and
original user's manual.
