[SMCARA] 147.195 MHz repeater in Hollywood on-line

Checked from Leonardtown - Signal Strength not was it was before, but that's 
to be expected.  Signal is full quieting to my HT and very useable.

Please note that currently the repeater doesn't have Echolink/IRLP 
capabilities.

The 147.195 repeater is on the air running only on the exciter.  Have a
problem with one of the pass filters that should be corrected soon.
