[SMCARA] HAMFEST Update - mark your calendars - October 25th

Two local hams (Dwayne, WD8OYG and AJ, AJ3U) have very generously agreed to 
donate valuable door prizes to support our HAMFEST.

If you are on the fence and have not decided if you will attend or not,
consider this:

Dwayne, owner of LDG Electronics, is donating the following (new) items:
A very robust antenna system consisting of a S9v31 Antenna, a S9 Radial
Plate kit and a 4:1 UNUN.  
This antenna system would cost you $160 if you purchased them retail.

A very nice Z-11 PRO II antenna tuner.  This would cost you $180 if you
purchased it retail.

A SP-200 surge protestor.  This would cost $20 dollars if purchased retail.

AJ Farmer, owner of Jefa Tech, is donating the following items:

Every SMCARA member who has paid his/her dues in full at the time of the
meeting will receive one raffle ticket free.
Names/call signs will be checked against the club roster provided by the
treasurer so ensure you are paid up to date!  
Additional tickets may be purchased for one dollar each or six tickets for
five dollars.

Let's make this the best HAMFEST to date.  Look through you collection of
amateur radio related items.
