At the October 12th, 2012 meeting, SMARC member Mike Martin, K3RFI, a 
Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO) employee and operator of his own 
company, RFI Services, will be the feature speaker.  Mike's expertise is 
locating sources of radio interference caused by power lines and 
equipment. Mike is the best in the business and his expertise is much 
sought after all across the country
